Our workshop is renowned for crafting high-quality, sustainable yacht components engineered for longevity. We employ advanced vacuum infusion technology to produce parts that are lighter and stiffer, which contributes to lower energy and fuel consumption and a quieter operation. Additionally, the vacuum infusion method we use reduces material waste during our manufacturing processes.
Vacuum technology is not only made for classic parts, hulls and decks from GRP but dedicated to projects using Carbon, Kevlar and Aramid fibres in combination with epoxy or vinyl ester resins. This allows us to produce parts that are far superior in terms of stability and resistance to seawater while saving more than 50% on weight and production time.
