Anchor Selection: We supply a broad range of anchor types including High Holding Power (HHP) and Super High Holding Power (SHHP) designs, as well as plough, delta, claw, and new-generation anchors optimized for sand, mud, rock, or mixed seabeds. Each anchor is available in galvanized steel for cost-effective durability or polished AISI 316L stainless steel for superior corrosion resistance and aesthetics. Correct sizing is calculated based on vessel displacement, windage, and safety margins to comply with classification society requirements.
Chain and Rode Solutions: We provide calibrated anchor chain manufactured to DIN 766 or ISO standards, available in grades 30, 40, and 70 depending on load requirements. Chains are hot-dip galvanized for long-term corrosion resistance, with stainless-steel options for high-end installations. To ensure seamless operation, chains are matched precisely to windlass gypsy specifications. For yachts requiring weight savings or extended scope flexibility, we supply hybrid rode systems with spliced nylon or polyester warp, finished with professional thimbles, shackles, and certified end terminations. All assemblies are designed with the correct Safe Working Load (SWL) and proof-tested for reliability.
Windlasses and Bow Rollers: Efficient anchor deployment and retrieval require correctly specified windlasses. We offer manual, electric, and hydraulic drive units with horizontal or vertical orientation, matched to chain size, pull capacity, and duty cycle. Gear ratios and motor outputs are selected to provide smooth operation with minimal strain on components. To complement this, we supply heavy-duty bow rollers fabricated in polished stainless steel or coated marine-grade aluminum, designed to maintain correct lead angle, reduce chafe, and prevent accidental re-launching of the anchor while under way.
Safety Enhancements: We recommend and install robust safety fittings including chain stoppers with pawl or dog mechanisms, reinforced deck cleats, mooring bitts, and additional tie-down points. These components relieve the windlass of load stress when anchored, distribute forces safely across the deck structure, and provide redundancy in heavy weather. All fittings are rated to exceed the maximum expected loads, ensuring reliability in demanding offshore conditions.
