Marine Solar Systems: We install high-performance solar arrays tailored to the marine environment, including flexible walkable panels laminated directly onto decks and rigid glass-framed modules with higher power density. Panels are mounted using corrosion-resistant fixtures, optimized for ventilation and efficiency. All installations are engineered to withstand saltwater, UV exposure, and constant vibration.
Energy Conversion & Storage: Our systems integrate MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) charge controllers, hybrid inverter/chargers, and lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO₄) battery banks to achieve optimal charging cycles and extended storage capacity. We implement DC-DC converters and busbar distribution systems for balanced loads across 12V, 24V, or 48V networks, ensuring stability and safety under varying operating conditions.
Seamless Integration: Solar arrays are fully integrated into the yacht’s existing power management system, reducing generator runtime and fuel consumption. Advanced monitoring units display real-time data on solar yield, battery state of charge, and consumption, allowing skippers to optimize energy usage for navigation systems, galley equipment, air conditioning, and more. Safety features include BMS-controlled cutoff points, thermal monitoring, and surge protection for reliable long-term operation.
Custom In-House Frames & Arches
To maximize efficiency and aesthetics, we design and fabricate lightweight, marine-grade anodized aluminum frames in-house, ensuring corrosion resistance and structural integrity. Stainless-steel options are also available for yachts requiring maximum load capacity or specific design integration. Each frame or solar arch is engineered to provide the best panel angle while maintaining a minimalist and elegant design that complements the yacht’s profile.
Bi-facial and Split Face Panels
We continually update our portfolio with the latest solar technology, including bi-facial panels that capture light from both sides for increased yield, and split face designs for improved shading performance. These systems are paired with premium-grade controllers and monitoring tools, ensuring maximum energy harvest even under challenging light conditions.
